Bucharest, April 25, 2023 - A&D Pharma - Dr. Max Group, one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in Romania and part of the Dr. Max Group, officially changes its name to Dr. Max Romania.  

Under the new identity, Dr. Max Romania continues its journey towards a healthier tomorrow, providing real solutions to the daily needs of patients in Romania through integrated services of pharmaceutical import, distribution, and retail, facilitated by the distributor Mediplus and the Dr. Max pharmacy chain.  

The renaming of the company, 5 years after Dr. Max Group's acquisition of A&D Pharma, is a natural progression. This comes after the rebranding of the pharmacies to Dr. Max, the launch of the Dr. Max E-shop and Dr. Max Hyper-pharmacies, and substantial investments in the company's logistical infrastructure necessary to support the dynamic development of the group in Romania.
